The Company was today informed that Waterman Trustees Limited purchased 20,000 ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company (*Ordinary
Shares*) at a price of 119p per share on Monday 4th August 2008 and a further 20,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 119.5p per share today.
Following these transactions, Waterman Trustees Limited holds 200,890 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.7% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
