    Director shareholding

    HaiKe Chemical Group Ltd (the "Company"), has been advised that Mr. Derek Marsh, a
non-executive director of the Company, purchased
5,504 ordinary shares of US$0.002 in the Company, at 54.5 pence per ordinary share earlier
today.

    Following the acquisition, Derek Marsh now holds 45,054 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 0.12 per cent of its issued
ordinary share capital.
