CORRECTION TO DIRECTORS HOLDINGS

Thor Mining PLC (the "Company" or "Thor"), AIM, ASX: "THR" the specialist metals company
focused on advancing tungsten-molybdenum and
uranium projects in the Northern Territory of Australia, today announces a correction to the
shareholdings of Norman Gardner and Michael
Ashton in relation to the initial disclosures of their holdings as released to the market on
30 April 2008.

of the Company.
