Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been informed that on 23 June 2008, following the exercise of options, Dr
Dan Kaznelson, Non Executive Director of BATM,
sold 100,000 BATM shares at a price of 54 pence per share.
Following this sale, Dr. Kaznelson will hold non vested options over 400,000 shares, which
if exercised would represent approximately
0.10 per cent of the Company's ordinary issued share capital as enlarged.
In addition, Dr. Kaznelson has a beneficial holding of 146,300 shares representing
approximately 0.04 per cent. of the Company's
ordinary issued share capital.
