The Company was notified today that on 12 June 2008 Martin Kent, Chief Executive Officer,
purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 33 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Kent's resultant holding is 133,462 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 0.18% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
