    The Company was notified today that on 23 May 2008 Michael John Wagstaff, Chief
Executive,
    transferred 45,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each to Pembroke College (Oxford
University) (with a settlement date of 29 May 2008),
representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 900.5 pence per
share. Following this transaction Mr Wagstaff
retains the following interests in Venture:
