    Director's Dealing

    Your Space received notification today that its chief executive, Shaun Mealey, has today
disposed of 850,000 ordinary shares of 10p each
("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of 70 pence per share. The
disposal was for personal reasons and to satisfy a
personal tax liability. Mr Mealey remains a holder of 3,619,720 Ordinary Shares representing
16.55 per cent. of the share capital of the
Company. Mr Mealey has confirmed that he has no intention to dispose of any further Ordinary
Shares in the Company.

    The Company also received notification today that Helium Special Situations Fund has today
purchased 770,000 Ordinary Shares in the
capital of the Company at a price of 70 pence per share. The beneficial interest of Helium
Special Situations Fund is now 1,982,857
representing 9.07 per cent. of the total issued share capital in the Company.
