Directors' Dealing

Clive Beecham, an executive director of the Company, has notified the Company
that on 7 May 2008 The Kinnerton Pension  Scheme, of which he is a trustee and
beneficiary, purchased 27,700 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") at 348 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, the interest in the issued share capital of the Company
("ISC") of Clive Beecham is as follows:

Trust and 153,071 Ordinary Shares are  held by The Kinnerton Pension Scheme, of
all of which Clive Beecham is a trustee and / or a beneficiary. 386,062 
Ordinary Shares are held directly by Clive Beecham.
