Director's Shareholding
The Company has been informed that on 30 April 2008, Ken Pratt, Managing
Director of Operations & Finance of Imagesound, purchased 250,000 shares at 5.7
pence per share. Mr. Pratt has a beneficial interest of 1,940,500 shares which
represents 3.1 per cent. of the issued ordinary shared capital of the Company.
