Director/PDMR Shareholdings and Disclosure
The Company was notified on 29 April 2008 of the following changes in the
interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
("PDMRs").
The following Ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Shares") were
purchased under the Venture Production plc Share Incentive Plan on 29 April 2008
on the London Stock Exchange. Partnership Shares were purchased by each Director
and PDMR at 737.00 pence per Share, Matching Shares were acquired at nil cost
pursuant to the Share Incentive Plan and will be held in Trust.
