Directors' shareholding
The Company today received notification that on 11 April 2008 Jeremy Brade,
non-executive Director, received 22,550 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the
Company ("Shares") from North Atlantic Value LLP ("NAVLLP") in lieu of
performance related remuneration from NAVLLP. No consideration was paid for the
Shares, and Mr Brade's resultant interest in the Company comprises 22,550
Shares, representing approximately 0.05% of the Company issued ordinary share
capital.
