                               Director's Dealing


Your Space plc has today been informed by its CEO, Mr Shaun Mealey, that on 31
March 2008 he gifted his recently awarded bonus shares to charities of his and
his wife's choice for nil consideration. The amount of shares disposed of
amounts to 319,265 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company.

The charities which will benefit from the gift of shares have each agreed not to
dispose of the shares for 3 years from today.

As a result of this transaction Shaun Mealey's beneficial holding of ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company remains at 4,469,720,
representing approximately 20.6% of the total issued share capital in the
Company.
