Directors dealing
The board of the Company was notified 25 March 2008 that on 20 March 2008 Lance
O'Neill, a director of the Company, purchased 1,575,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 2.375 pence per share. Mr O'Neill purchased the shares
through his pension fund.
Subsequent to the purchase above Mr O'Neill has a beneficial interest over
3,184,121 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 13.9 per
cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 22,825,327 ordinary shares of
10 pence each.
