Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that Julie Hale, a director of the Company, has today
exercised options over 300,000 new ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 20p.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 27 December 2007.
Following admission, the Company will have 15,704,224 voting Ordinary Shares in
issue.
