announces the exercise of options and sale of shares by Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs"). The PDMRs identified below exercised
options over and sold the number of ordinary shares of 87.5 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") specified below, on 14 December 2007 for £6.00 each.
