The Company was informed on 6 December 2007 that on 6 December 2007 Mr Brendan
Austin, the chief executive of the Company, purchased 210,406 ordinary shares of
0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.0 pence per
Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Austin has a total interest in
3,517,055 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.2 per cent of the
current issued share capital of the Company.
