ILX Group plc ('the Company''), the AIM quoted business education and training
specialist, today announces that it was notified yesterday 28 November of share
transactions undertaken on behalf of some directors.
Ken Scott, Chief Executive, purchased 45,000 shares in the Company at 65p per
share and Jon Pickles, Finance Director, purchased 36,000 shares in the Company
at 65p per share. Both transactions took place on 28 November.
