Director/PDMR Shareholding
2 October 2007 Director shareholding The Company has received notification that George Atterbury, a
director of the Company purchased 25,099 ordinary shares of 5p each
in the Company, ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.07 per cent. of
the Ordinary Shares in issue at 53p per share.
In addition to the above Ordinary Shares Mr Atterbury has a non
beneficial interest as trustee in 7,975,668 Ordinary Shares
representing 22.03 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue held by
certain of the Rackham Family Trusts.
