The Company has today been notified that on 28 September 2007 Godfrey Taylor
(Chairman), acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 0.48 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital at 145 pence per share. Mr Taylor's resultant
holding is 2,100,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 10.15 per cent.
