                             Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 22 August 2007 that on 21 August 2007 Mr Jeremy
Hamer, the non-executive chairman of the Company, purchased 120,000 ordinary
shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.9
pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Hamer has a total interest
in 2,741,762 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.5 per cent of the
current issued share capital of the Company.
