Universe Group plc ("Universe" or the "Company")
Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed today that John Scholes, Chairman of the Company,
yesterday acquired 275,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.318
pence per share and a further 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company today at a
price of 8 pence per share. Accordingly, Mr. Scholes is now beneficially
interested in 690,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.60 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
