ISSUE OF SHARES FROM EMPLOYEE SHARE OWNERSHIP TRUST AND DIRECTORS' HOLDINGS

1st AUGUST 2007

The Board is pleased to announce that the company Employee Share Ownership Trust
(ESOT) has issued 100 shares each to 112 employees and directors.  The holding
of the ESOT has, therefore reduced from 107,588 to 96,388 representing 4.14% of
the current shares in issue.
