Director/PDMR Shareholdings
We would advise you that on 13th July 2007 the following people discharging
managerial responsibility elected to exercise share options, granted to them by
the trustee of the Baggeridge Brick 1989 Employee Share Scheme Trust ("the
Trust"), under the Baggeridge Brick 1995 Executive Share Option Scheme.
Following exercise they have now also elected to accept the offer by
Wienerberger Finance Service BV to acquire the relevant shares at the offer
price of 247 pence per share.
The individuals are as follows:
Mr M R Morris - Sales Director
Mr P L Noble - Operation Director - Corium/Technical
Mr J M Sandford - Operations Director - Production/Technical
Mr J M Southall - Company Secretary
In each case the exercise price was 151 pence per share and the number of shares
was 12,500 and all of the shares were previously held by the Trust.
Accordingly when the transfer and acceptance of the offer have been processed
there will be no net change to the share interests of the individuals concerned,
which will remain nil other than for Mr Morris who will hold 400 Director's
qualification shares.
