Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has received notifications of two transactions between
members of the Rackham Family interests as described below. Following
these transactions the total interests of the Rackham Family remain
unchanged at 18,700,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary
Shares") representing 51.6 per cent. of the shares in issue.1 Paul Rackham Jnr, a director of the Company, has today sold
368,805 Ordinary Shares at 54.5p per share to Paul Rackham Limited, a
company controlled by him and Paul Rackham Snr, the chairman of the
Company.
2 Mrs S Rackham, the wife of the chairman, has today
transferred for no consideration a total of 550,456 Ordinary Shares
to four trusts, the beneficiaries of which include her children and
their families. Paul Rackham Jnr is a beneficiary of one of the
trusts. The trustees are D W Cunningham (Company Secretary of the
Company), S R Stuteley (a director of the Company), G Atterbury (a
director of the Company) and C Clarke.
Following the transactions the interests of the Rackham Family are as
