The Company has received notification that David Weir, a director of
the Company has today purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company, ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.08 per cent. of the
Ordinary Shares in issue at 57p per share. Following this purchase Mr
Weir is interested in 62,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.17 per
cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
