                            Director's Shareholding





On 25 September 2006, Michael Nolan was awarded 500,000 ordinary shares of Stg1p
each ("Ordinary Shares") in settlement of director's fees and other professional
service and consultancy work undertaken on behalf of the Company.



Following the award Mr Nolan has an interest in 500,000 Ordinary Shares
representing 2.25% of the Company's issued share capital.  In addition he has an
interest in options over 160,000 shares exercisable at Stg5p per share under the
Company's Share Option Scheme.
