Further to the announcement released today under RNS Number 0383K, the holding of Peter Norris post transaction should read 244,709
(representing 5.34% of the issued share capital of the Company) rather than 271,376 (representing 5.92% of the issued share capital of the
Company) and the holdings of Brian Finlayson have been disclosed in the revised announcement set out below.

Directors' Shareholdings
The Company announces that, on 11 December 2008, certain of the directors, employees and existing shareholders in the Company, including
the Employee Benefit Trust, purchased a total of 386,695 ordinary shares from Uberior Investments PLC at a price of £3 per share.
The ordinary shares, which represent 8.44% of the issued share capital of the Company, were acquired following a subscription process
pursuant to which certain directors, employees and existing shareholders were invited to submit an application to purchase shares on the
terms outlined above.

ordinary shares (representing 9.5% of the issued share capital of the Company).
