Furthermore, Impact Employee Benefit Trust Limited has, following an
acquisition today, an interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares amounting to
3,500,000 which represents approximately 3.09 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
Mr Bruce Judge, following an acquisition today, is beneficially interested in
26,200,000 Ordinary Shares which holding represents approximately 23.12% of the
Company's issued share capital.
