Further to the announcement on 8 May 2008, the Company wishes to make a correction to the information previously supplied in relation to
the holding of Heiner Kamps, a director of the Company.
On 11 January 2007, Heiner Kamps received 33,431,717 ordinary shares in the Company (as opposed to the previously announced 33,424,000
shares). These shares were acquired through the Company's acquisition of KFRI, in which Heiner Kamps had a holding.
The total holding currently held by Heiner Kamps is therefore 52,621,717 (compared to the 52,614,000 shares previously stated).
