The following information is given in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14
subsequent to John Warren's appointment as a non-executive director of The Rank
Group Plc ("Rank") on 1 January 2006 and subsequent to the changes to his
non-executive directorships announced on 16 March 2007.
Rank has been notified by John Warren that with effect from 30 July 2009 he
ceased to be a non-executive director of BPP Holdings plc.
Since 30 July 2009 John Warren's non-executive directorships have comprised
Bovis Homes Group plc, Spectris Plc, The Rank Group Plc and Uniq plc.
There is no further information which would require disclosure under sub
paragraphs 9.6.13(2) to 9.6.13(6) of the Listing Rules.
