Notification under AIM Rule 17:
Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc ("IDS" or "the Company") was notified on 1
April 2009 that Roger Duggan, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, had on the
31 March 2009 transferred 31,589 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company
("Shares") from his personal account to his Self Invested Personal Pension.
The transfer was carried out at a price of 197.25p per Share.
Following this transaction Roger Duggan is deemed to have an unchanged total
beneficial interest of 2,222,927 Shares. Roger Duggan's holding represents 8.41%
of the total issued share capital of the Company.
