Mr Lawrence Banks, a non-executive director of the Company, has informed the
Company of the following information required to be disclosed under schedule
2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:
Mr Banks is a director of Kington Connected Community Company Limited ("KC3")
which has applied to be struck off the Register of Companies and dissolved.
KC3 is a company limited by guarantee which provided training and other
information and communications technology services to the local community in
Kington, Herefordshire. It was funded primarily by grants from government and
other sources but became insolvent and ceased to trade following the ending of
public sector funding for its activities. As at 31 March 2007, the date to which
the latest annual report and accounts of KC3 were prepared, KC3 had net
liabilities of GBP96,441. Unless there is an objection, KC3 will be struck off
and dissolved by the Registrar of Companies on or about 20 April 2009.
