Appointment of Non-Executive Director
The Company today announces the appointment of Gavin Kaye, aged 41, as a
Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
In the past five years Mr Kaye's principal employment has been a director or
partner of Worthington Group plc, as Group Finance Director from 1991-2000,
Health Media Group plc as Finance Director and latterly as Chief Executive from
2001-2002 and as Chief Executive of Supporta plc (formerly Staffing Ventures
plc) from September 2003 until December 2004. Mr Kaye is currently a director of
FMCB Corporate Finance Limited.
