The Company received notification on 16 January 2008 that Mark White, Non -
Executive Director of the Company, has acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 37 pence per share.



Following this transaction, Mr White and his connected persons own a total of
200,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.18 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital of 109,499,098 Ordinary Shares.
