For Two Scudder Investments Closed-End Funds
NEW YORK, April 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Deutsche Asset Management today
announced that Scudder RREEF Real Estate Fund, Inc. and Scudder RREEF Real
Estate Fund II, Inc. each has scheduled its Annual Meeting of Stockholders to
be held on Friday, June 4, 2004 at 280 Park Avenue, New York, New York. Holders
of record of the shares of common stock of the Funds and shares of preferred
stock of the Funds at the close of business on April 12, 2004 are entitled to
vote at the meeting and any adjournments thereof.
