NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Deltathree Inc. said Monday its board
appointed Lior Samuelson as chairman, succeeding Noam Bardin, who served as
chairman since April 2002. Bardin will continue to serve as a member of the
company's board.
Samuelson has been a board member since August 2001. Since August 1999, he
has served as co-founder and partner of Mercator Capital, an independent
investment banking firm. From March 1997 to August 1999, he was president and
chief executive of PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities.
Shares of the New York City-based integrated voice-over-Internet protocol
telephony services provider closed Friday at 39 cents.
