LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Dealogic (Holdings) Plc. said chief financial
officer Rick McHattie has decided to leave the company and that it is already
looking for a replacement.
McHattie will remain with the company to ensure an orderly handover to a
replacement chief financial officer.
