"Early Acceptance Premium", which is equal to 5% of the original
face value, for tendering outstanding bonds in its private Exchange
Offer, is Today at 5:00 p.m.
New York City time (6:00 p.m. Brasilia time).
The premium of approximately 10% to 50% offered over current
market prices includes the Early Acceptance Premium of 5% of the
original face value for holders of the Senior Notes maturing in
2017, 2020, 2022 and 2023 and holders of the Perpetual
Notes.
