NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Datatrak International Inc. Monday said its
board has elected Director Laurence Birch as chairman.
The company also named current Vice President of marketing and sales Matt
Delaney to the post of interim president.
The position of chief operating officer, previously held by Terry Black, has
been eliminated. Black will be pursuing other opportunities and will no longer
be employed by the company on a full-time basis.
Shares of the Mayfield, Ohio software company closed at 70 cents on Friday.
