(PRI), a private Delaware corporation based in Houston, TX. PRI is a software and web services company whose products and services permit the aggregation and distribution of audio and video content directly to mobile and stationary devices.
The acquisition would strengthen Data Call's present business strategy of expanding its products and services into fast growing markets complimentary to those of Data Call's existing markets. The Company believes that the market for audio and video content provides tremendous business opportunities and through this acquisition Data Call reinforces its long-term commitments to emerging new media markets.
PRI has an existing infrastructure through which it can provide advertisers with content verification, enabling those advertisers to match their ads with custom tailored content to specific demographics.
