LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Danka Business Systems Plc. said it is
evaluating how to distribute proceeds of the sale of its U.S. operations to
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. Inc.
On April 9, Danka said reached an agreement to sell its U.S. operations to
Konica Minolta for around $240 million and proposed to place the company into
voluntary liquidation.
