On 9 January 2015 the following nil-cost options over Dairy Crest Ordinary 25 pence Shares ("Shares") were granted to Dairy Crest's three Executive Directors, Mark Allen, Tom Atherton and Martyn Wilks under the 2012 tranche of the Dairy Crest Long Term, Incentive Share Plan ("LTISP") and the 2013 and 2014 tranches of the Dairy Crest Long Term Alignment Plan ("LTAP").
