Hartmann to its Board of Directors, effective October 31, 2016. He
will also serve on the Compensation and Investment Committees.

Mr. Hartmann is currently the President of Radial Inc., formerly
known as eBay Enterprise & Innotrac, a leading provider in
omnichannel commerce technology and operations solutions for brands
and retailers in North America and internationally. Prior to Radial
Inc., he served in multiple positions including Chief Operating
Officer at D+S GmbH, a full-service e-commerce and business process
outsourcing provider.
Mr. Hartmann brings more than a decade of experience in
developing, launching and operating e-commerce products and
solutions, both for private and public companies.
