DCC Energy completes the acquisition of Esso SAF's unmanned and
motorway retail petrol station network in France
DCC plc, the international sales, marketing, distribution and
business support services group, announces that, following the
receipt of relevant clearances and the implementation of an IT and
operational infrastructure, it has completed, on schedule, the
acquisition of the assets that comprise the Esso Express unmanned
retail petrol station network and the Esso Motorway concessions in
France.
Details of the acquisition were set out in DCC's Stock Exchange
Announcement on 28 August 2014.
