Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 21, 2017, Key Energy Services, Inc. (“Key”) issued a press release announcing the closing of the sale of its well intervention business in Russia to a private buyer for an undisclosed amount on September 20, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
