On August 16, 2017, Lancaster Colony Corporation issued a press release announcing its first quarter fiscal 2018 dividend and also announcing that its annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 in the Lilac meeting room at The Hilton Columbus at Easton, 3900 Chagrin Drive, Columbus, OH 43219 at 1:00 p.m. with a record date of Monday, September 18, 2017 for notice and voting at the meeting. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
