Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 14, 2017, Actuant Corporation (the “Company”) announced that its
Board of Directors approved a cash dividend on the Company’s common
stock. The Board declared an annual dividend of $0.04 per common share
payable on October 16, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of
business on September 29, 2017.
A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached at
Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
