Item 8.01  Other Events.

On October 22, 2014, the Company filed an 8-K concerning the departure of the company ’ s Chief Financial Officer at the time, Richard Nickelson. The Company ’ s filing at the time incorrectly stated that Mr. Nickelson had been terminated. Mr. Nickelson’s departure arose out of discussions regarding a mutual separation, which discussion was not due to Mr. Nickelson’s job performance.
