On April 19, 2017, CytRx Corporation ("we," "us," "our" and the "company") issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has reached an agreement with the company regarding preparations for a New Drug Application (NDA) submission for aldoxorubicin as a treatment for soft tissue sarcomas. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and incorporated herein by reference.
Also on April 19, 2017, we hosted a webcast, as described in the press release, to discuss the regulatory pathway. A replay of the webcast will be posted on our website: www.cytrx.com.
