Item 5.02   Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On March 10, 2017, Ms. Brenda S. Harmon, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company (the “Company”) notified the Company that she will resign from her position as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer effective March 21, 2017. Ms. Harmon notified the Company that she plans to retire from the Company effective April 15, 2017. Ms. Harmon has not been granted any additional compensation in connection with her retirement from the Company.

 

On March 10, 2017, the Company announced that John J. Bollman will be joining the Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer effective March 21, 2017.
